Shawarma is made with thinly sliced marinated meat, such as chicken, beef, lamb, then hung vertical and slowly roasted/grilled.Its served in a flatbread and garnished with various toppings like fresh vegetables and variety of sauces, such as garlic sauce, tahini, or yogurt-based sauces for lunch or dinner.The garlic aroma and flavor will be felt more intensely!

• Shawarma Live Counter Setup.
• One or two persons handles the stall (arranges the counter and serve at the counter)
• All the equipment and material the vendor will bring.
